Goodday Dev Driller,

One of the primary goals for players is to get haste at the usual level 11.
No Haste boots are sold at easy to reach shops like Bordermarch.

I've seen many players of level 11 12 13 or up still have no haste.
Knowing you can buy haste boots for lvl 11 is a good incentive and a nice reward to buy yourself at level 11.

Experienced players just go to Akon, and buy them for their new toons.
Might as well make them easier available for the newbies.

There are other ways to acquire haste such as a certain forge stone.. Also I would ask others ingame to acquire haste boots for you am sure there are plenty of people willing to help you in that respect..

I guess I am basically saying here .. Is interact with other players ask them most will get you a haste solution even for free at no cost.. I have even done so many times for new players to BSK and advised them how to get haste in future without any hassle..
