Liandra Bounty Quests

After accepting the quest and walking outside Blackstone, if I check the quest again it often changes to a different, random quest. Using the teleportation stone circle might also trigger the random quest switch. Also, after completing a quest, I was informed I received a gauntlet as a reward, but after careful checking of my inventory (and the ground at my feet), no gauntlet was found.
