Devastating Critical

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an update, but since the crash earlier
Devastating Critical now works the same way it does in vanilla NWN.

It should be fixed after the next reset.

Dev Crit seems to be set back to the vanilla settings. They roll against DC of 47 ... it's way to easy to kill the monsters!
