Question about mechanics

Hello. Is there somewhere in the forums that I can find mechanical changes to the game? I know that lots of servers over the years that I have played either change things around for balance purposes, or improve them because they initially suck in their default design.
I've already found out the hard way how weak epic summoned fiend for blackguard is.
