Sticky Combat Modes

Hi !

Would it be possible to turn on Sticky Combat Modes ?

This makes things like Expertise, Flurry of Blows etc stay active until turned off, instead of on movement or end of combat.

And maybe force some to be turned off on summons and companions. Using power attack with a level 3 summon is bad idea, AI.
Maybe a chat menu?

I'm not sure how much work would be involved in modifying the summons and companions, but for PC's there is a toggle that can simply be turned on in the server settings.

StickyCombatModes=1

Yep its a nice QoL thing if nothing else. I have it enabled in my settings so that when playing single player modules I don't have to keep enabling my combat modes.
