I have drow character that the town crier calls out the wrong number of seasons she has earned at level up. For example, she has just got level 2 and the town crier is saying that she has 4 seasons. Nothing real serious, but annoying.

Yes, but the strange thing is that drow are only +1.

Was this race modified for your server? The default for Drow in both 3.5e PnP rules and NWN2 has been a +2 Level Adjustment.

Maybe I looked at it wrong, I got all the numbers for the nwn2 wiki.
