I've seen CEP2.0 in action. It seems quite stabile, and, solved a lot of problems, for example set an official horse riding and cloak version, and cloak crafting.
Also, a couple of new terrain types and monsters came as I see.

It's good from Bioware (or what the hell they call themselves now) to care this much about an old game (for example, EA stopped patching NFS: Most Wanted after less than one year!)

For the record, CEP 2 was implemented on the server a few hours ago. The link to find it is at the beginning of this thread. It is now needed to log on to the server.

The biggest file basically is an All In One download of all the other files listed on the download page.

CEP is for NWN1.
