Shalnath refuses to drop below Uninjured

Entered the Lair with a party of 10 , and went through the procedure as outlined by the journal as to how to fight him. The party then spent probably a good 5 minutes wailing on him, only for him to not drop below uninjured. Was rather comical, but left a lot of questions.

He also came with a different 'immunities' makeup to his standard form, so I am assuming that something is bugging up. He could of course be different to what he used to be and now requires any party fighting him to do something else, but my hunch is that he is currently bugged.

Is Shal being instanced like the witch/is that whats causing the bug? Or still 1 per reset?
