I am level 26 and the magic is circle 5 and it does not appear

Do you mean that you are unable to select Mestils Acid Sheath as a spell? Or that when you cast the spell that you cannot see it?

If the answer is that you can’t select it: Wizards can choose a Speciality in a particular Magic School, mainly to gain access to extra spell slots. If you’ve chosen a Magic School Speciality that prohibits Conjuration (of which it looks there are 3: Abjuration, Evocation and Transmutation), then you won’t be able to learn Acid Sheath, as it’s a Conjuration Spell.

Sadly not . You choose a Specialised Spell School at Level 1 Wizard, and once you’ve chosen it you’re stuck with it. =(

At the very least if you want to make another Wizard, you now know lots of stuff about Wizards here, which will help level them up!

Maybe it's similar to my minor bug, I have magic circle against alignment on an item, the circle disappears when I enter a new area, but I know the effect is still active, I am still immune to mind effecting spells off evil, not sure if other players can see the circle but I have not asked yet.
