Direct Server Address for Steam EE?

Is there a direct server address for Steam EE? I am hoping this will solve my lag problem.

I'd be temptef to reset your router and recheck your IP address is not being shared to a third party... Sometimes I get a slow connection because my service provider uses dynamic addressing ... So a reset gives me a fresh IP address and usually clears any lag issues particular from my end ...
