Attempting to heal a mummy lord with bandages results in being killed with insane damage
If you try to heal your Mummy Lord (Epic spell) with bandages you get hit for 1200+ damage. Looks like a harm spell cast.

Some Wands Cannot be cast into
Only the Bone Wand purchasable from the emporium currently allows a spell to be cast into it. About 2 weeks ago both types of wand were accepting spells.
And yes I'm using 4th level or lower.
