Not a bug, I just need some help.

Mobile player, new device. My character Rane has been somehow lost to me. Idk if it's a Google play account thing or how characters are stored in the server but if there is any way a wizard could untangle this mess I would be ever grateful.

I am not sure about the mobile side of NWN. But you need the CD key from the old device and use the same account name.
