BSK Update List

I will post all additions and modifications to Blackstone here going forward.
- 11/24/19
1.Added instanced new party dungeon to Dry Gulch in the Waste.
2.Normal mobs and non specified bosses now have a small chance to drop the new perk weapons.

1.Implemented custom on hit actions for bows.
- 12/16/19
Added bounties to the Dwarven Citadel. Speak to Thorkall who is located on the lowest level.
- 12/23/19
Changed Guardian of Zarthris to fire at 50% health.(This should make it more reliable)
Added a bow called Frost. This has a 5% chance to cast a special version of Ice Storm on the current target.
It has a 30 second cool down.
Added a bow called Spike. This has a 5% chance to mirv arrows to 4-6 mobs within a 10m radius. The damage dealt is d6(PC's level).

Nerfed perk weapons slightly. Perk damage will not add any damage of the same type as the perk to the total damage, it will overwrite it.
Added updated Staff of Thaumaturgy(Level 40 item).
(The older lower level one has been disabled, as it was added by mistake and was for testing only.)
This staff will allow the magic user to sacrifice all of their level 9 spells at once to case a powerful spell that does the following:
//min 5 spells memorized, 10 max.
d6(number of unique level 9 spells * 10) damage for each damage type(lightning/fire/magical) to all mobs in a 20 meter radius once per day.

Move one of the bosses areas in Skyhaven(I plan on changing this area to its own Act.) It is accessible by finding a specific rare item to enter the door.

Added check to characters that require you login with the same account name that it was created under.

Adjusted Greater Sanc to a default 30 second timer(45 with extended spell) / This is to balance out the spell a bit, it still allows you to scout/ get dangerous situations/rescue, but not allow you to walk around with impunity in ez mode. You will need to think about how you use it now.
Adjusted Mob saves across the board to help spellcasters be more effective.(This will be ongoing).
