I propose that a new end game shop is made, however you would pay with experience points instead of gold. This would make it so that all the experience you gain after hitting 40 would be of use. It would also allow for more powerful items to be put for sale mostly because experience is not as easily gained as gold. I'm not saying the best gear possible more so gear to be able to forge into suitable bossing gear.

100% for this idea. It will give lvl 40 characters something to grind for and death after 40 will have meaning again.
