Quest Bug: Remy

Did the quests leading to killing Remy on my character Meat Shield including delivering the letter to Bordermarch. Killed Remy and have his tongue in my inventory. When I go to turn it in, I'm still told by Rodran to go to Bordermarch and deliver the letter. Attempted to go back and deliver the letter. Rodran just keeps telling me to deliver the letter.

Quick and dirty solution: Just drop the letter

Can confirm dropping the letter allowed the quest to be completed.

Update: It's now telling me to deliver the letter without the letter in my inventory when trying to turn in the Dragon Cult quest. Dargus's head is the only quest item I have in my inventory. I posted screenshots in the PVE discord. Too large to post here.

So far this does seem to be fixed for me as well. I don't have any problems with it.
