Bard Song - Sometimes it works sometimes it don't!

Leveling up my Bard I have had the problem that when my Bard sings it sometimes doesn't work! Yes I know you can't sing when a song is already active so that isn't the problem. I wait until the song dies away. Even then sometimes the bard song does not work. I burn a song but no affects. I am not silenced. Has anyone run into this? Has any one found a solution?

I have the same problem with my bard.
Occasionally, the song won't work. I'm not sure, but I get the feeling that sometimes I get the text "xxx sings" in the log, but no effect. Sometimes I don't get the text in the log either.

Hmm I havent noticed this with my bard. Do you have song enhancing feats like Lingering song and lasting inspiration? Or is this happening on your core 10 round song?

I'm also assuming you weren't silent or deaf. I don't play my bard often, but I will see if I notice anything on her. I tried a google search and came up with nothing. So dunno.
