Raise dead or resurrection

Why can not I use raise dead or resurrection? I am Wizard lawful neutral
Hovering over the mouse turns red. And when trying to put on my bar, it appears that I can not use the item

Well, now, as a Sorcerer myself, I can use raise dead and res scrolls.

Raise Dead and Resurrection are both Conjuration spells. If your wizard's specialized spell school is Abjuration, Evocation, or Transmutation you will be unable to use those scrolls.

Alatar is specialised in Evocation, and they’re Conjuration spells. Which means, like Mestils Acid Sheath, you won’t be able to cast spells or use scrolls like Raise Dead.
