driller that looks like a good idea. Have you implemented it? Another way might be to regulate random monster encounters as a function of lvl. North of Sara Brae are gnolls, always gnolls. Well change it so that the random encounter is a function of lvl. Instead of a gnoll use another higher hit dic...

Thanks for the response. I've bought NWN2 but it hasn't arrived yet. If it's better then I'll drop Blackstone Keep and move over to NWN2. I've alos gone back to Rhun on the Prime server. That plays ok and there are a number of areas where mid-lvl PC's can gain ep, decent ep not 3 or 4 points. Blacks...

Thanks for the advice! BTW, what would you recommend for multi-class? Fighter/mage or Fighter/Cleric or what? Cleric/mage seemed good but there are a number of duplicate spells. I have done the bordermarch qwests (gnoll cave), I am stuck with the Ice Dragon which I am not going to try as a Cleric/Ma...

Forming parties or Diaboloing the game?

Recently I've noticed that there are not many medium lvl parties running about. There are some pretty neat people ready to help an low lvl PC along, general it gets them killed. But there are not many players will to jion a party. They prefer the Diabalo method. I think the big problem is that if on...

Multi Class or not to Multi Class?

Ok, I have been bring along a cleric mage, now 7/7, but I don't have any qwests I can take him on! He's basically still a 7th level PC, firepower wise. I can't run him as a atraight mage my AC is only 29, he dies. I can armor him up as a cleric to an AC of 34 max, but he doesn't survive in Marvale o...

High Level Party Etiquette

I was trying to get a low lvl PC up a lvl by smashing zombie's along the Blackstone Road. When a very high lvl party decided to hang out at the south end, just goofing off and squishing zombies for fun. High lvl meaning that one guy keep morphing into a red dragon. They hung out there for the longes...

Being somewhat of a frontier town, the law within the keep do not concern themselves much over what happens outside of city limits. This kind of "wild west" effect tends to result in alot of Self Serve Justice as it were. There are risks with doing something like that unless you properly ...

I read it as: "If you Kill steal, you're consenting for PvP attacks" which is the server rule. hence: PvP for KS But that's just me. Obviously you read something completely different, CaptCliff. viobane, PvP with KS without any social control (The DM) is anarchy and boring. It seems to me...

I called for the DM and went back there and the guy was still there, a Booby Baleberk a dwarf in black. Luckily the Dm showed up, don't know who or which one, and this guy even back sassed the DM!...
