You need your crafting skill to be 80+ in armor and weapon crafting to maximize the stones affects! Level in immaterial.

Dev Crit seems to be set back to the vanilla settings. They roll against DC of 47 ... it's way to easy to kill the monsters!

The flag that determines what your journal says is the same one that selects the dungeon you teleport to. So, technically this shouldn't be possible.
