The quest from Roderan to deliver letter to Bordermarch seems busted. When you go there- option in the talk windows offers to deliver the letter.
The response just says "Thanks".. and "Bye".. you can't deliver the letter to the merchant

Oh buoy... I was skaking in my -8 boots of Constitution fearing you would say just that. Well.. could you let me know as soon as possible?
